Cathy has been teaching these clinics for the past 5 years to athletes of all ages and all sports. This is an interactive clinic that demonstrates the most important core exercises and stretches for athletes. It will cover when to do them and how strong you need to be, depending upon your distance running or goal as an athlete. You will be able to find out where the strength imbalanced are within your body and how to balance them. She also discusses the art of proper hydration and how a small loss in body weight during a run / work-out can affect performance and recovery which leads to a decrease in performance.
